What is Approval Flow?
Approval Flow lets teams require sign-off before a post goes live. Once enabled, anyone without approval authority must request approval, and an approver reviews, comments, and approves before it publishes.
Do team owners need approval too?
No. Owners can always schedule and publish without approval. Admins and members need approval unless they've been given explicit approval authority.
Can more than one admin approve posts?
Yes. Any admin can be given approval authority individually under Team Members > Permissions, so you decide exactly who reviews content.
Will I be notified when a post needs my approval?
Yes. Pending approvals always show up in your in-app notifications. Turn on Pending Approval Reminder in Settings > Notifications to also get an email.
Can I comment on a post before approving it?
Yes. Approvers can leave a comment on any pending post. If the creator has Post Comment notifications on, they're emailed as soon as you comment.
Is Approval Flow available on my plan?
Approval Flow is included with the Agency plan. If you're on the Individual or Team plan, you can upgrade at any time.
Does Approval Flow work across every platform, or just one?
