Facebook

Planly may allow you to connect a Facebook page or a group to your Planly account. Planly will collect your profile image, display name, username \groupname \ page ID, access tokens, and published posts. Published posts include the content of your posts and their performance data (such as likes, comments, impressions, fans, re-shares, video views, reactions, locations, as well as other information) permitted by you. This data will only be used by Planly in regard to providing the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

Instagram

Planly may allow you to connect an Instagram Business Account to your Planly account. Planly will collect your profile image, display name, username \ profile ID, access tokens, and published posts. Published posts include the content of your posts and their performance data (such as likes, comments, reach, engagement, locations, as well as other information) permitted by you. This data will only be used by Planly in regard to providing the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

LinkedIn

Planly may allow you to connect a LinkedIn personal profile or a LinkedIn business page to your Planly account. Planly will collect profile image, display name, username \ profile ID, access tokens, and published posts. Published posts include the content of your posts and their performance data (such as likes, comments, views, industries, audience data, as well as other information) permitted by you. This data will only be used by Planly in regard to providing the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

Twitter

Planly may allow you to connect a Twitter profile to your Planly account. Planly will collect profile image, display name \ profile ID, access tokens, and published posts. Published posts include the content of your posts and their performance data (such as likes, replies, quotes, re-tweets, bookmarks, impressions, as well as other information) permitted by you. This data will only be used by Planly in regard to providing the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

Pinterest

Planly may allow you to connect a Pinterest business page to your Planly account. Planly will collect profile image, boards, display name, username \ profile ID, access tokens, and published posts. Published posts include the content of your post and their performance data (such as impressions, clicks, views, locations, devices, as well as other information) permitted by you. This data will only be used by Planly in regard to providing the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

TikTok

Planly may allow you to connect a TikTok business account or personal profile to your Planly profile. Planly will collect profile image, display name, username\profile IDs, access tokens, and published posts. Published posts include the content of your post and their performance data (such as impressions, video views, followers, locations, devices, as well as other information) permitted by you. This data will only be used by Planly in regard to providing the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

Mastodon

Planly may allow you to connect a Mastodon server to your Planly profile. Planly will collect server domina, profile image, display name, username \ profile ID, access tokens, and published posts. Published posts include the content of your post permitted by you. This data will only be used by Planly in regard to providing the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

YouTube

Planly may allow you to connect a YouTube channel to your Planly profile. To provide the Service, Planly uses YouTube API Service where Planly will access certain information from your Google and YouTube regarding your account. Planly will collect profile image, display name, username\profile IDs, access tokens, and published videos. Published videos include the content of your video and their performance data (such as video views, as well as other information) permitted by you. This data will only be used by Planly in regard to providing the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

Personal data obtained from your interactions with the Service.

Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.

We may receive your first and last name, social media handle, company name, and email address from our users to invite you to use our Service. We may also receive your contact information from third parties to find prospects or to perform other services such as marketing activities.

AI Content Assistant
We do not use your personal information on our servers nor share it with third parties for AI Content Assistant. We do not train our AI models using your information.

How we use the Personal Data we collect from you

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. Our Service is directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect the personal information of children under 13 without personal consent.
