Well, a team is a group of social accounts you bundle to easily manage your social channels. By adding users to teams, you can keep your teams organized.
No. When you add a social channel that exists in Planly it will be automatically removed from the previous team. Your previously scheduled posts and uploaded media files will not be transferred to the new team.
Yes. A user can access multiple Teams with one Planly account.
Of course not. We don’t require a credit card for signing up for a free account.
By signing up for our paid annual plans, you can save 20% per year compared to the monthly payment. Annual plans are billed as a one-time payment and will automatically renew unless you cancel.
The billing period is the time between your subscription payments.
We do not want to see you go. But when you want to unsubscribe from paid Planly plans you will be downgraded to a free plan. Your subscription will cancel at the end of the billing period, not immediately.
