Since different platforms have different account types and terms for calling them (groups, pro account, business page, profiles), we wanted to remove confusion and united all of those marketing terms under social channel.

Well, a team is a group of social accounts you bundle to easily manage your social channels and team members. By adding users to teams, you can keep your teams organized.

No. Due to requirements set by Instagram, you cannot schedule posts to personal accounts. If you have a personal or creator account on Instagram you need first to convert them into business pages and then connect the Instagram page with a Facebook page.

If you continue using Planly after the trial, the posts that you scheduled for after the trial date will be automatically published. However, if you cancel your subscription before the trial ends, your scheduled posts will not be published.

If you cancel your subscription, your account will be suspended and you will no longer be able to schedule posts, view analytics, view Addto.bio page, access media, and other features as well. To reactivate your Planly account, you need to subscribe to one of the plans again.

Yes. You can add a single social channel to multiple teams in Planly. However, the posts you scheduled on one team’s calendar will not be visible on the other team’s calendar.

Yeap. From May 2023, Instagram Stories Scheduling is available at Planly. You can select the media and click the Stories from the Post type drop down menu. Done! Your Stories will be automatically published.

For each carousel post containing multiple media and a single story, it use one post scheduling limit. The number of media in your carousel posts does not impact your scheduling limits. But the amount of stories you schedule takes from your scheduling limits.

By annually subscribing to our premium plans, you can save 20% per year compared to the monthly payment. Annual plans are billed as a one-time payment and will automatically renew unless you cancel.

The billing cycle is the time between your last billing date and the next.

AI credits are certain amount of monthly credits to use AI Content Assistant. Your AI credits are calculated as the total sum of prompts you click the Generate button and Post Count you choose in the Adjust your prompt section.
For example if you enter a prompt and select 4 Post counts in the adjust menu, 4 AI credits will be deducted from your account.
Since AI Content Assistant is a new feature, we may modify credit limits per plan later on. You will be notified of any change we make.

Addto.bio is a mini website that allows you to create your own web page and add all of your important links like products, forums, media, and information in one place. You can personalize this page with your preferred theme, embed important links, and embed music or videos to make it uniquely yours.
